My mini diary of Phuket

Phuket is what I’d deem as the last remaining few parts on earth that I’d call ‘haven’. I have not long ago made a decision to take a long break from life and went on mini globetrotting adventure. I’ve gone to a number of places but nothing impressed me a lot more than Phuket.

Can it be the folks? Can it be the landscape? Is it the culinary? Is it the weather? I am not sure. A mix of all is what probably causes it to be so unique.

While most of the world has forgotten concerning the deadly tsunami that rocked Phuket in 2006, the exact same can not be said of the locals living in Phuket. I can see that many of the people remain traumatic of the fatal disaster. Nontheless, lives had to move on and that’s what happened with the people there.

Here are a few pictures that I have taken during my trip to Phuket. Hope you guys relish them!
